We do not process orders, ship products, or collect payment information on this Site. Because of that, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled by the retailer where you purchased (for example, Amazon).

If you purchased on Amazon

  • Start your return or replacement from Your Orders in your Amazon account.

  • Amazon will provide the return window, shipping label (if applicable), status updates, and refund method/timing.

  • If the item arrived damaged/incorrect, choose the appropriate reason in Amazon’s return flow so they can arrange a refund or replacement.

If you purchased from another retailer

Please follow that retailer’s returns process as shown on their website or order confirmation. Policies, return windows, and shipping instructions vary by retailer.

What we can (and can’t) do

  • ❌ We cannot accept mailed returns, issue refunds, or exchange items—those are completed by the retailer. Items sent to our mailing address will be refused.

Warranties & replacements
