Who fulfills my order?

Orders are fulfilled by Amazon or the third-party seller you purchase from. CostaRicaTradingShop.com does not warehouse, pack, or ship any goods.

Order status & tracking

After checkout, you can view order status, tracking numbers, delivery updates, and proof of delivery in your Amazon account (Your Orders) or with the retailer you purchased from.

Shipping charges, taxes & duties

Any shipping fees, taxes, duties, and import charges are calculated and collected by the retailer at checkout.

Returns, exchanges & damaged items

Returns and exchanges are handled by the retailer per their return policy. For Amazon purchases, start the return from Your Orders in your Amazon account.
